My medium dictates the viewer’s perception and is highly deceptive due to the hi-realism of the work. Certain instances when the spectator confronts the sculptures, they discover the false nature of the piece. The spectator then primordially feels as if the object is alive and should be animated. However it does not, and continues to create a problem that continues to reduce their perception of reality. Ultimately, my work has directed my practice to areas of paradoxes and conflict.
