Vancouver’s multicultural landscape makes some room for confusion when it comes to understanding all of the different cultures. With so many countries represented in Vancouver, it is almost as though we are expected to understand and distinguish one culture from the next. Food speaks all the languages of the world so what better way to understand the different cultures in Vancouver but through their food? How different countries eat, and how they think about food can tell a lot about the eclectic group of people to the various cultures as well as explore Vancouver’s eclectic dining scene. In a package of ten postcards, each card contained a cultural fact with a removable gift card to a local restaurant of the same culture.
